Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed commercial sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing commercial clients
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
