Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed commercial sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing commercial clients
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
